  • Book clean-up services are recommended when:

    • Records have never been completed or have large gaps.

    • Previous bookkeeping has stopped, or the records are messy.

    • Owners have tried to handle the books but have fallen behind.

Bookkeeping Basic

  • $250/month Minimum

  • This package includes:

    • Categorizing transactions: Ensuring every financial transaction is accurately categorized in the books.

    • Reconciling accounts: Confirming that internal records match external statements (such as bank or credit card).

    • Monthly financial reports: Delivering summarized reports for ongoing financial health monitoring.

Bookkeeping Plus

  • $400/month Minimum

  • Adds more advanced bookkeeping services to the basic package:

    • Class Tracking: Segmenting transactions by category or department for greater insight.

    • Project Tracking: Monitoring costs/revenue by specific projects for project-based businesses.

    • Accounts Receivable: Tracking and managing customer invoices and incoming payments.
